Public government data processed through our platform remains in the public domain. Our value-added services, including AI processing, transcriptions, and summaries, are proprietary.

7. Municipal Customers

For municipalities and government entities using CivicIndex:

  • Separate service agreements may govern your use of the platform
  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service
  • We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreements
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content uploaded to the platform

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
